LoveAdmin Instructions
If you are logging in to the account for the first time, you will need to create a password. On-screen instructions will help you to do that. Whether this is the first time you are accessing your account or whether you have already accessed your account, please review and update the information we hold for you and your family. This will be invaluable in helping us run OYC as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
The payment method now available via LoveAdmin is by single direct debit from your bank account. After you have reviewed your data you'll be taken to a payment page. If you follow the steps you will receive an approval request by email from your bank, and a further message confirming payment set-up and date payment will be taken. Please note, payments will appear on your Credit Card / Bank statement as Pay Here Ltd. This is the legal entity under which LoveAdmin.com trades.
Please note: It's still possible to make your payment by bank transfer [A/C Name: Oxford Youth Choirs; A/C # 00020277; Sort Code: 40-52-40; Payment reference: child's surname]. You can also pay by cheque, to "Oxford Youth Choirs" and send this to: The Treasurer, Oxford Youth Choirs, 5 Gathorne Road, Oxford, OX3 8NF
